Common questions

Export is slow. 4K and long videos take longer. Try 1080p and keep the app open while exporting.

My video is not in the gallery. Allow Reelix access to photos and videos in Android Settings → Apps → Reelix → Permissions.

Remove the watermark. Get Premium, or watch a short ad to remove it from one export.

Restore Premium on a new phone. Open Premium in the app and tap Restore purchases, using the same Google account.
